A coffee house in a shopping mall. I know what you're thinking..... not very cosy. You're right, but this "100% independent", Fairtrade coffee stall took my eye, and it's worth including here.

Pop Café Here we are, the first cosy coffee shop of this blog. It's not a bad place to start, although also not exactly what I had in mind... comfy sofas and crackling firesides it ain't.
